What project at Aminad has had the greatest impact on you professionally?
The project I completed with Aminad that had the greatest impact on me was Integrated Supply Integration (even though I wasn’t full time Aminad at the time.) After moving from Kansas, I transitioned to the consulting sector but missed the environment of working in aviation supply chain. Through this project, I was finally able to apply the skills learned from working in supply chain operations to a consulting environment. Through helping this client, I was able to understand more aspects of how supply chain works within the DOD and grow my data analytics skills. This project allowed me to combine my passion for logistics, data analysis, supply chain, and public service for the first time.
What types of work do you look forward to doing at the firm?
I look forward to continuing to support our clients in supply chain operations and logistics through process improvement. I enjoy getting to work with our clients both in person and virtually to move their organizations forward and increase their mission readiness.
What other initiatives have you worked on outside of project work that are important to you?
I enjoyed working on the Culture Committee to develop budgets for teams to participate in bonding activities together. One of my favorite parts of Aminad is the culture, and the intentional commitment and goal to create space for these types of events means a lot to me.
What do you think makes Aminad a special place to work?
I think Aminad’s culture and values make it a special place to work. It is a big part of everything we do. Aminad cares about building healthy, trust-based relationships within and outside the firm. It allows us to work effectively together, it allows us to become trusted advisors and develop excellent work for our clients, and it allows us to impact our communities in a positive way.
