What project at Aminad has had the greatest impact on you professionally?
Supporting organizations in tackling strategic transformations of their operations and business to modernize and meet the needs of their customers is essential in the government space. My most impactful project so far has been working with the Marine Corps to do just that, focused on transforming how they manage secondary repairables across the enterprise to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations. This project taught me so much about how to navigate the unique challenges faced by our military organizations, while thinking strategically and creatively about innovating for the future.
What types of work do you look forward to doing at the firm?
I look forward to continuing to lead impactful projects supporting our clients in identifying their goals, modernizing their operations, and meeting the needs of their customers. For example, my current project with Marine Corps Force Reserves will support transforming how reservists receive and store their equipment to improve their customer experience and readiness.
What other initiatives have you worked on outside of project work that are important to you?
One of my favorite things about Aminad is our commitment to maintaining its wonderful culture with a focus on the employee experience. We are fine tuning our performance management as the firm grows to ensure we continue to support the unique goals of our individual team members, while creating a process that is thoughtful, standardized, and transparent to support professional development and growth.
What do you think makes Aminad a special place to work?
Aminad is a special place to work because of its people. Everyone is invested in the success of their team members and the organization’s culture. The care and attention each person brings to being each other’s cheerleaders is so special and something I am grateful to be a part of.
