What project at Aminad has had the greatest impact on you professionally?

Supporting Aminad’s work with the Marine Corps Consolidated Storage Program (CSP) over the past two years has been foundational to my professional growth. The project has given me the opportunity to work closely with organizational stakeholders and rapidly refine my client delivery. Additionally, CSP’s drive to enhance their data-driven decision-making capabilities and commitment to program modernization has enabled me to support strategic initiatives that will help shape the future of the organization.

What types of work do you look forward to doing at the firm?

I enjoy supporting Aminad’s thought leadership initiatives, particularly the development of Aminad’s financial tools and service offerings. These projects give me the opportunity to explore both my professional and intellectual interests, making the work compelling. It has been very rewarding to see the use cases of the Mission-Resource Optimization Framework and Budget Tool in action. 

What other initiatives have you worked on outside of project work that are important to you?

I’m grateful to have served as the deputy lead for our Community Committee, where I’ve had the opportunity to support Aminad’s community initiatives. This role has encouraged me to become more involved in my local community, including mentoring through Aminad’s community partner, Streetwise Partners.

What do you think makes Aminad a special place to work?

Aminad’s core values are truly embedded in the day-to-day culture and shape how everyone interacts with one another. The value that stands out the most to me is kindness. Even during busy or stressful times, everyone treats each other with genuine respect and care, which makes it a great team to be part of!
