What types of work do you look forward to doing at the firm?

I look forward to the opportunity to welcome and onboard new employees to Aminad. It is an inspiring place to work and grow, and I feel privileged to be among the first to introduce new hires to the dynamic and supportive environment here at Aminad.

What other initiatives have you worked on outside of project work that are important to you?

This year, I have been fortunate to be part of the team that champions our wellbeing program. It’s been a rewarding experience to help maintain a focus on wellbeing and embed it into the core of our firm’s culture. We believe that prioritizing our team’s wellbeing fosters creative problem-solving, ultimately enabling us to serve our clients to the best of our abilities.

Of the Aminad events you’ve attended, what has been the most impactful?

Out of all the in-person events I’ve attended, the most memorable was my first Winter Aminad Week. Meeting the entire team for the first time made me feel exceptionally welcomed.

What do you think makes Aminad a special place to work?

Aminad’s remote structure allows me to collaborate with best-in-class teammates from all over the country, which makes Aminad a special place to work. As a military spouse, the ability to maintain my role within Aminad, regardless of where my family moves, is a true blessing for us.
