What project at Aminad has had the greatest impact on you professionally?
The Marine Corps Consolidated Storage Program Support. This work has been instrumental in my professional career. Being given the opportunity to lead the Aminad project team back in 2020 during the initial study for the CSP gave me a unique opportunity to really learn the USMC from top to bottom, build a professional relationship with a client team that provides critical services to each and every Marine, and lead an amazing Aminad team at a critical time in the firm’s early stages of growth.
What types of work do you look forward to doing at the firm?
I personally look forward to work that plays a direct role in our client’s mission. Aminad supports a variety of programs and commands across the Department of Defense and it is especially inspiring and motivating when you see our team’s efforts delivering results that support the warfighter’s ability to perform their mission.
What other initiatives have you worked on outside of project work that are important to you?
One reason why I joined Aminad was for the opportunity to be part of the firm’s growth from the early stages and support key firm building / operational functions. During my time here at Aminad it has been incredible to have a front row seat to see the firm’s success and accomplishments in such a short amount of time. Helping to build and refine the firm’s processes, client delivery methodology, and development of team members has been equally as rewarding over the past four years.
What do you think makes Aminad a special place to work?
Aminad is a special place to work because of the authenticity of its people beginning with our Founder and President. From day one, Lido established a commitment to the Aminad values and has not wavered from that regardless of times of success or challenge. The culture and commitment to people’s well-being is unlike anything you will find at an organization, large or small.
