Aminad Strengthens Leadership Team with the Hire of Renn Pfeiffer as Principal

We are very excited to announce that Renn Pfeiffer has joined the Aminad leadership team as a Principal. Prior to Aminad, Renn spent 19 years consulting across the Intelligence Community, DoD, and Civilian sectors.  Starting her career building cost models, she evolved her expertise and consulting into advising CIOs and CFOs across the Federal Government space on Technology and Finance strategy. Leading teams recognized for their innovative solutions, she has helped Government leaders effectively manage resources and strengthen defenses against budget reductions. Throughout her career, she has been fortunate to collaborate with exceptional clients committed to driving change and improving efficiency, a driving force behind her continued motivation and commitment to our national interests.  

What are you looking forward to most in your new role?  

For the past two years, I have been honored to collaborate with Aminad.  Now, “officially” part of the Aminad team, I am excited to further support a company that I truly believe in, helping to expand our impact and increase our contribution to addressing our nation’s critical mission challenges.

What is your favorite element of Aminad’s company culture?  

Humility – Every person I have met and worked with at Aminad works together as a team and genuinely supports one another’s growth.  The competition that tends to foster toxicity is not felt in a culture that fosters humility and the empowerment of others.  With humility at its forefront, Aminad’s people and culture flourish which reflects in the value and results delivered to our clients.

How do you spend your free time? 

With two teenage daughters, my free time is spent soaking up every minute I have with them.  Currently, our weekends are filled with golf lessons and trips to the beach whenever we can.  In addition to family time, I am an avid poker player and look forward to challenging myself at the World Series of Poker this summer.
