What project at Aminad has had the greatest impact on you professionally?

Our workforce modeling project with the Navy really challenged me to expand on my expertise within data strategy to plan, collect, and analyze multitudes of information to deliver an impactful tool.

What types of work do you look forward to doing at the firm?

Seeing the results of our work positively impact others is my biggest driver. A lot of our work involves pushing for change, making every project a new opportunity!

What other initiatives have you worked on outside of project work that is important to you?

I lead the firm’s DEI initiative which has allowed me to personally help ensure Aminad is a space where employees are heard, respected, and cared for. 

Is there a role model you look up to (within or outside of the firm)?

Lolo Jones for me is a great role model. She embodies a lot of my personality in that she is extremely authentic and isn’t afraid to speak up on issues that she is passionate about.

What do you think makes Aminad a special place to work?

The energy the leadership team exudes is so supportive and encouraging to the point that anything feels possible, and you’re valued as a person over being just another employee.
